"Went in to buy a Sportster and ended up with a 2002 Road King. The sales manager spent enough time with me to discover how often I ride and how far I ride everyday to work. "As always Will in service is as helpful as ever and the parts department helped me get the correct part so I am now the owner of a modulator the turns the rear turn signals into running/brake lites.
Wow did that little addition really lites up the back end.
The hammond HD staff as usual is always helpful and pleasant to deal with. Keep up the good work. Will most likely see you again soon about a couple of other things Will and I talked about, and the parts dept said they could get."

"Well, as promised, a word about the first service.
Everything was taken care of as promised in the time frame given. Issue with back rest on the tour pack fixed as well.
Friendly knowlegable staff, especially the big fella(wish I could put his name here but am unable to at the moment) he is very helpfull and has an enthusiasm for the product and helping the customer. Have to watch out cause his attitude causes me to pull out the wallet and get the accessory he is telling me about.
Was introduced to all at the purchase and haven't yet got all the names to the faces. I'll have to get a picture and name list going so I can get everyone in order.
For now, Thanks to the "Big Guy" and the service department for a top knotch service experience."

"In 07 over the phone I purchased a softail custom from your dealership or at least I thought I was talking to the Hammond store only to find out the day I was coming in to pick it up that I had been dealing with the Baton Rouge store. Without hesitation you all transferred the deal from the Baton Rouge Store to the Hammond location and trailered the bike over for me to pick up since I was coming in from Gulfport. All the paperwork and the bike were waiting for me when I arrived. I have never seen such great service from EVERY department in a HD store ever. YOU ALL ARE THE BEST!!!! hands down. Recently I drove up there to pick up some parts for my ride only to find out they had to be ordered and once again without hesitation your parts department came thought. They placed my order with another over night order and THEN overnighted them to me in Gulfport WITHOUT ADDTIONAL CHARGE. I know this had to cost your business some money to do that but I drive by two other HD locations to get to yours because you all go the extra mile to help your customers. I will always do usiness with one Harley shop, Hammon, even though you are 98 miles away.

"My husband has had the fever for a new Harley for years. He got on your web site and contacted Troy Townley by phone to let him know we would be visiting the dealership the following Saturday. When we arrived we were greeted by Troy, calling Ike by his name because he saw our Mississippi license plate. Troy went the extra mile to help us and made us feel at home. We purchased a 2008 Rode King. Troy introduced us to Karey Buechele in the clothes department. She was also very helpful. Everyone was very nice. Over the years I have been in other Harley dealerships and let me tell you that yours was the best. "

"I recently had some warranty work done at the Hammond location.This work was to address some issues I have had with my bike since I took delivery in December '06. I went in and spoke with Richard Hodges. Richard diagnosed the problems immediately. I brought my bike in the next morning and left it with them.I can honestly say my bike is riding and performing better than it ever has since I took delivery when it was new. Great job Richard and crew.You appear to have gotten it right on your first try."
