Hammond Harley-Davidson MotorClothes®, Collectibles, Parts or Accessories Merchandise Holiday Layaway Policy
As a courtesy to our customers, Hammond Harley-Davidson offers a Holiday Layaway plan under the following terms and conditions:
A deposit equal to 20% of the total balance is required to place an item on layaway.
Additional payments on an item placed on layaway must be made every two weeks.
Items on layaway must be picked up by December 24th, 2008, during business hours. Any item not claimed within this period is subject to forfeiture of all deposits made to the account.
Items placed on layaway are not subject to price change due to sale or clearance being activated after the item has been placed on Layaway.
Due to the changing nature of Harley-Davidson's® product line, No cash refunds will be given on layaway items.
The following items cannot be placed in layaway:
Items on a sale or clearance reduction
Motorcycles, Service Appointments or Special Order Items
