Hammond - The Crossroads of the South. Hammond, located in Tangipahoa Parish, is considered the "Crossroads of the South." The city straddles two major interstates, I-55 which runs north and south and I-12 which  runs east and west. Hammond is about 60 miles north of New Orleans, 40 miles east of Baton  Rouge, Louisiana' s state capital, and 70 miles west of the Mississippi Gulf Coast.

Must have the desire and ability to provide superior customer service by handling vehicle services efficiently and thoroughly on a daily basis. MUST be able to communicate and work well with others. Notify service writer when additional work is needed or when completion delays are anticipated. Maintain productivity (billable time) as close to 100% as possible. Strive to eliminate "comebacks". Requires completion of all factory-authorized training programs (such as MMI Service School and Harley-Davidson's PhD program) additional training also preferred but not necessary.
